Terms of Service
The terms that apply when you access the TextToAudio studio or subscribe to a paid plan.

1. Who we are
TextToAudio (texttoaudio.lol) is an AI voice generation service operated by TextToAudio Labs. TextToAudio is an independent service and is not affiliated with any voice actor, brand or company referenced in the voice catalogue.
2. Accounts
You sign in with Google and are responsible for activity on your account. You must be old enough to enter a binding contract in your country and must provide accurate account information.
3. Plans and billing
Paid subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Monthly plans renew every month and annual plans every year until cancelled from your billing settings. Prices are shown in US dollars and may exclude local taxes.
4. Generation and fair use
Generation capacity is shared. During busy periods your request may wait in a queue. Do not use automated requests to bypass plan limits, disrupt the service or resell access without written permission.
5. Your content
You keep the rights you hold in the scripts and material you upload, and you are responsible for ensuring you have permission to use them. Audio generated while your plan is active may be used commercially, subject to applicable law and third-party rights.
6. Voice usage and synthetic media
Do not use TextToAudio to impersonate a real person, commit fraud, create deceptive political or financial content, or violate publicity, privacy or intellectual property rights. Clearly disclose synthetic speech where required by law or platform rules.
7. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to create unlawful, harassing or malicious content, reverse engineer the platform, scrape the voice catalogue or interfere with other customers.
8. Availability and changes
We work to keep the studio available but provide the service “as is.” Features may change as we improve the product. We may update these terms; the version published when you subscribe governs that subscription period.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms, creates a security risk or uses the service unlawfully. You may stop using the service and cancel your plan at any time.
