From first draft to final voiceover.
A simple five-step workflow for creating clear, natural speech in the TextToAudio studio.
1. Write for the ear
Short sentences and natural punctuation usually sound best. Read the script aloud once before pasting it into the editor. Replace abbreviations with the spoken form when clarity matters.
2. Select a voice
Open the AI Voices catalogue and preview candidates for your use case. Warm and calm voices suit explainers, brighter voices suit social content, and deeper voices work well for trailers and documentaries.
3. Fine-tune delivery
Set speed near zero for conversational speech. Nudge pitch only when the voice needs a different character. Use the pronunciation editor for product names, acronyms and unusual terms.
4. Generate and review
Generate a short section before rendering the full script. Listen for pacing, emphasis and pronunciation. Change one variable at a time so you can judge the effect clearly.
5. Export and use
Choose the format your editor needs. WAV is useful for further editing, MP3 is convenient for web delivery, and OGG, AAC and OPUS are efficient for streaming and mobile workflows.
